This policy explains what personal data CodeLogic Solutions ("we", "us") collects through this website, www.codelogicsolutions.co.in, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We aim to collect as little as we need and to be clear about how we use it.
It covers this website only. When we provide software or services to a client, the client's data is handled under our agreement with that client.

What we collect

When you book a demo or contact us through the form on this website, we collect the details you enter:
- Your name
- Organisation name, if provided
- Phone number
- Email address
- The product you are interested in
- Your preferred date and time, if provided
- Any message you write
If you call or email us directly, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, some information is collected automatically:
- Website analytics (only if you accept cookies). We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive (for example from a search engine or a link), approximate location (city or country level), device and browser type, and actions such as submitting the demo form or clicking our phone number or email address. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this (see "Cookies" below).
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver the website and keep it secure.
- Fonts and scripts. Some parts of the website, such as fonts and animation code, are loaded from other services (Google Fonts and jsDelivr). When your browser requests them, those services receive your IP address and browser details.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask you not to include it in the form.

How long we keep it
- Demo requests and enquiries: for as long as needed to respond, arrange the demo and follow up, and then for as long as we have a genuine business or legal reason to keep them. We delete or anonymise them after that.
- Analytics data: for up to 14 months, after which Google Analytics deletes it automatically.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website does not use cookies for advertising. The only cookies it sets are those used by Google Analytics, and only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you decline after previously accepting, the Analytics cookies are removed from your browser. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage (not in a cookie), so we don't ask again on every page.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole website and limiting access to enquiry details to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act quickly if something goes wrong.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
