A patient's journey in Code HMS

Code HMS is built on Oracle APEX, so it runs in the browser on counter PCs and on tablets in the wards, with role-based access that shows each user only what their job needs.

    The patient gets a UHID and a slot or walk-in token.

Front desk 2

  • Patient registration

    Every patient gets a UHID. Find them later by name, mobile number or UHID in a couple of keystrokes.

  • Appointments and tokens

    Doctor-wise schedules and time slots, walk-in tokens, and a queue display for the waiting area.

    Doctors record vitals, complaints, diagnosis and advice, and print a clean prescription with the hospital letterhead.
